Hi I'm Léa !

A qualified

publishing
assistant

My introduction

I would like to introduce myself

Guided by a deep passion for the English language and literature, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Yet, it was during my Master of Publishing that I discovered my true calling: collaborate with authors to bring their projects to life.
My ambition is to become a versatile publishing assistant and, in the long term, to take on the role of editor. What drives me is the prospect of playing an active part in developing, revising and editing manuscripts, right up to carrying one of my printed works in my hands.
Creating books, these unique and meaningful objects, is more than a job: it's a dream that I pursue with determination.

My expertise

The skills I've acquired

I hold a range of skills that stem from my academic background. Among these are my capacity to write clearly and concisely, and the ability to review texts carefully, marrying rigour with attention to detail. My creativity is combined with great adaptability, enabling me to quickly acquire new expertise and compose to different situations.
In addition, my literary sensibility enriches my critical understanding, while my mastery of IT tools is a major asset in carrying out a variety of projects.

My main interests

My sensibility to art and literature

As a lover of words, I savour every moment spent wandering the shelves of bookshops. It's in the midst of this melody of pages that my gaze is captivated by the covers, the dazzling details that adorn them. I scrutinise them with fascination, examining meticulously and wondering about the secrets behind their creation.
This curiosity about the visual world has awakened in me a real passion for traditional drawing and graphic design, driving me to constantly explore the possibilities offered by these disciplines.
