Literature

My love for books sprang up as early as my earliest childhood, when I was told stories in the local library. From my incessant explorations of the middle school library shelves to my long strolls around bookshops, my interest in books has never weakened. I've developed a particular taste for fantasy literature, whether Anglophone or Francophone. Here is a selection of my favourite novels, carefully sorted into my preferred categories of literature.

  • Children’s book: The Little Prince, Saint-Exupéry.
  • Historical fiction: Earth's Children, Jean M. Auel
  • Literary fiction: Monsieur Linh and His Child, Philippe Claudel.
  • Dystopia: The Hunger Games, Suzanne Collins.
  • Poetry: Fêtes Galantes, Verlaine.
  • Fantasy: Harry Potter, J.K. Rowling.
  • Fantastic: Eragon, Christopher Paolini.

Languages

My mother tongue is French. I'm fluent in English, and I understand Spanish.

Since my college days, my passion for the English language has never ceased to grow. As a result, I have acquired the ability to read and express myself in this wonderful language, opening the door to a world of opportunities for travelling and submerging myself in a variety of foreign cultures. Experiences such as my unforgettable trip to Spain and my enriching Erasmus semester in Riga remain engraved in my memory as turning points that shaped my relationship with the English language.

Drawing

I've loved drawing on paper ever since I was a little girl. Since my first year of university (M1), I've been learning graphic design using various software. I have a deep appreciation of the art that surrounds us, and I'm constantly trying to cultivate my creativity. Drawing, graphics, painting, watercolours, embroidery, crochet... I like to try everything.
